When does the promotion start & finish?
The “Promotional Period” opens on 1 August 2019 at 00:00 (BST) and closes on 31 October 2019 at 23:59 (BST).

Who is eligible to enter?
All entrants must be a resident of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) aged 18 or over.

How do I enter?
You will need to purchase a “Promotional Pack” and then visit www.mullerrice.co.uk. Here, you will need to enter the “Promotional Code” printed on the insert card found inside the wrapper of a Promotional Pack, as well as enter your contact details (full name, address (including postcode if applicable), valid email address and telephone number). ROI entrants will have to answer a qualifying question prior to submitting their entry.

What if I live in Northern Ireland?
Northern Ireland residents can alternatively obtain a Promotional Code without purchase by sending their full name, address (including postcode), and valid email address (where you can be contacted in case of being selected as a winner) on a piece of paper to: “Müller Rice Going The Distance Promotion, c/o ATOM Marketing Ltd, 3 Thorp House, Thorp Street, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK10 1LJ, UK”. Entrants will then receive one promotional code within 10 working days of receipt via email, and can enter this on www.mullerrice.co.uk. Requests for Promotional Codes will be issued up until 28 October 2019.

What is a Promotional Pack?
A “Promotional Pack” is a promotional pack of Müller Rice (6 x 180g) ‘Going the Distance’ variant, flashed with “WIN A GUIDED RUNNING TOUR IN NEW YORK”.

Where can I find my Promotional Code?
Your unique Promotional Code can be found printed inside the wrapper of a Promotional Pack. It will be 8 digits long and made up of a combination of letters and numbers. 

What retailers are stocking the Promotional Packs?
Promotional Packs are available at major grocery retailers and selected convenience stores across UK and ROI, whilst stocks last and subject to availability.  

I can't read my Promotional Code, what should I do?
If your unique promotional code is illegible, please email consumers@muller.co.uk

My Promotional Code doesn't work, what should I do?
Please make sure that you have entered the Promotional Code without any spaces and copying the characters exactly. If your code still isn’t working or is illegible, please contact consumers@muller.co.uk

I don’t have access to the internet; can I still enter the promotion?
Internet access and a valid email address are required. Only online entries will be accepted.

How many times can I enter?
Promotional Codes can only be used once.  If you have multiple codes, you can enter as many times as you want during the Promotional Period.

How many prizes are there to be won?
There is one prize available, for two (2) persons.

What can I win?
The winner and their guest will receive the following prize package which includes a trip to New York: 

  • Return economy flights from a major international airport in the UK (or Dublin/Shannon for ROI winner) nearest to the winner’s home, where suitable flights are available to New York, USA (including one item of checked luggage per person); 
  • Return airport transfers in New York, USA;
  • 5 (five) nights hotel accommodation in New York, USA in either a double or twin room (minimum 4 (four) star rating) with breakfast included only; 
  • 2 (two) hour bespoke private running tour in New York, USA including transfers and water;
  • Gourmet pre-prepared picnic in Central Park for 2 (two) people with food and drink, set up and clean up;
  • £500/€600 travel allowance payable by cheque prior to the agreed departure date (to be provided by the Promoter’s prize fulfilment agency) which will cover UK/ROI outbound airport transfers; and
  • Standard cover travel insurance (subject to restrictions set out below and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider).

How is the winner selected?
At the end of the promotion, a winner will be selected at random in a prize draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

How do I know if I have won?
If you have won the prize, we will contact you using the details provided when you entered the prize draw after the prize draw has taken place.
